Clients want an accounting firm that is proactive and generates new ideas to improve their business. Somewhere at the top of the growth phase or by the middle of the mature phase in any service you need to look for ways to innovate by introducing a new process, technology, or business model that changes the service in such a way that it creates more revenue and profits.
